1. Fill out an
Internet Passenger Reservation Form Contract. |

2. Photocopy the page in your passport with your picture. |
|

You may send in your Reservation Form while waiting for your new passport to reserve your space. You must submit your photocopied
passport page with your picture at least 60 days prior to departure
or when you have been advised of ticketing date, whichever
comes first. |

» If you are a U.S. CITIZEN and don't have a passport or
you need to renew your passport, click here. |

» If you are NOT a U.S. CITIZEN, log on to the Consulate of your appropriate country of citizenship for requirements to renew your passport. |

|
|
|
» If you are a citizen of the PHILIPPINES and you need to renew
your passport, log on to your nearest Philippine Consulate Office.

DO I NEED A SCHENGEN" VISA? |
|

It depends on the country you’re visiting. If you are visiting any of the Schengen
countries, for non-US passport holders, YES! |
|
|

What are the "Schengen" countries? |
|
|
|
|
|
The name "Schengen" originates from a small town in Luxembourg. In June
1985, seven European Union countries signed a treaty to end internal border checkpoints and controls. More countries, all
in
Europe, have joined the treaty over the years. |

|
|
|
|
Currently, the Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway,
Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. All these countries, except Norway and Iceland, are European Union members. |

When applying for a Schengen visa, you
only need to apply once, either at the Consulate of your first destination or the country that you will be visiting the longest. |

3. Make out a check payable to FIAT PILGRIMAGES INC., |
|
|
|
|
for the required initial deposit plus the optional travel insurance or
required "travel insurance" for Non-US citizens (a requirement of
foreign consulates). |
|

There is a 5% surcharge for those who want to use their credit cards. |
